Who we are. Slumbry is operated by Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia ("Slumbry", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through slumbry.co. Questions or requests: hello@slumbry.co.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use slumbry.co, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comparable laws.

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your quiz answers and email only as long as needed to provide the plan and support you, and to meet legal obligations (for example, accounting records for payments, which we retain as required by law). You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see your rights below.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@slumbry.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and remember your language choice. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.

7. Children

Slumbry is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. The plan concerns your child's sleep but is provided to you, the adult.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
