Who you're buying from. Slumbry is operated by Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia. By purchasing or using a Slumbry sleep plan, you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@slumbry.co.
1. What you're buying
Slumbry provides a personalized baby sleep plan, generated from the answers you give in our quiz and delivered to you as a digital PDF document. The plan is general guidance tailored to the information you provide.
Not medical advice. Slumbry is not a medical service and does not provide medical, psychological or diagnostic advice. The plan does not replace guidance from your pediatrician or a qualified health professional. If you have any concern about your child's health, sleep, breathing or development, consult a doctor. Always follow safe-sleep guidance from your national health authority. You use the plan at your own discretion, and results vary from child to child.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site and may vary by country and currency. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your purchase is a one-time payment for a single personalized plan unless stated otherwise at checkout.
3. Delivery
After payment and completion of the quiz, your personalized PDF is generated and sent to the email address you provide, normally within a few minutes. It's your responsibility to give a correct email address and to check spam/promotions folders. If your plan hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact hello@slumbry.co.
4. Right of withdrawal & refunds
Slumbry is a digital product delivered immediately. Under EU consumer law, when you buy digital content that is supplied instantly, you can be asked to agree that delivery begins right away and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started. By completing your purchase you give this consent.
That said, we want you to be happy. If your plan failed to deliver, was faulty, or clearly wasn't what was described, contact us and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
5. Acceptable use
Your plan is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or publish it. The content, design and materials of Slumbry are owned by Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ and protected by intellectual-property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slumbry is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
